A Brief Description About Services
I offer customized coaching services depending on the problem that you are looking to solve. If you are interested in the below, please don’t hesitate to schedule an initial consultation with me so that we can discuss what type of coaching service is applicable for you. Depending on your needs, we can customize accordingly.
Life Coach
If you are feeling discouraged, lack confidence and not comfortable being who you are, this is the course that will help you out. We will work on getting to the root cause and determine a course of action for you to take control of your life. I offer monthly programs and/or six month programs depending on availability.
Personal Development
If you feel that you are having issues with coworkers, relationships and/or family, we will discuss what type of patterns that have been keeping you in manifesting the same type of situations over and over again in your life. We can also work on ways to expand your perspectives and help in changing your mindset to maintain relationships if necessary.
Note: I am not a certified therapist or psychologist - this is based on my experience (both personal and professional).
Health/Yoga/Energy Healing
If you are constantly losing energy, having health related problems - we can work on identifying what ways to increase your energy. Looking into ways that we can incorporate meditation, exercise and/or eating habits that. We will work on identifying root cause of these issues (such as blocked chakras, unhealthy habits) why you are having energy issues and come up with an action plan in order to get you back on track.
